Awesome portrait. So much life in that beautiful face. l/f

I am certain he had no such intention, Frank. I was wandering through the Refugee center and chanced upon him in his doorway. We were no more the six feet apart and I merely nodded to him and took the shot quickly. There was no time for an agenda. We were simply two humans from far lands sharing a moment in time.

Eyes like that mesmerize, Steve. Your understanding of them must be right. I've seen those eyes in other faces -- sometimes there is an intention to draw one in -- that's why I recommend caution. But if one were to decide to follow them it may well be worth the risk.

Thanks, Frank! To me, his eyes spoke of many hardships and a resolve that perhaps only a refugee can grasp. I saw him over the course of three years and his expression never changed.

Impressive street portrait Steve. Beware of those eyes -- what was he saying with them? F/L and featured in Street Photography.

Thank you. It was a moment I will never forget. We had what seemed a long conversation without saying a word.
